Transformative Gatherings for Cultivated Minds
Beautiful spaces to pause, reconnect and nourish the soul.
Each retreat is a gentle invitation to step away from the ordinary and experience meaningful moments of connection, healing and renewal.
Through nature, music, art, movement, meditation, aromatherapy, herbal infusions, nourishing food and experiential activities, we create space to slow down, listen within and reconnect with what truly matters.
Each retreat also offers opportunities for deeper healing and self-discovery through guided experiences that gently explore emotions, relationships, life patterns, family roots and the parts of us ready to be seen, understood and integrated.
Some experiences are quiet and restorative. Others invite exploration, creativity and deeper discovery.
Always with intention, presence and care.
A beautiful experience for the soul, the senses and the whole self.

OPTION ONE – Core Program (4 Sessions – Two Months)
This is an initial four-session process designed to bring relief, clarity, and meaningful movement to what may be weighing on you today. It is ideal if you are going through a transition, feeling stuck, or needing greater inner clarity and order.
Integrate after profound experiences or during times of deep personal transformation. This may include integration following ancestral medicine experiences, as well as major life transitions or periods of change.
Within the Soul Renewal program, this initial process is designed to help people reconnect with themselves through a series of four therapeutic sessions, making thoughtful use of time and resources in a way that is tangible, experiential, practical, and at the same time deep.
The intention is for the person to genuinely experience meaningful and noticeable change—to feel as though a weight has been lifted, while planting a seed that allows them to take their next step with greater clarity.
OPTION TWO – Deepening Process (8 Sessions – Six Months)
If you feel that what you are working through is deeper or requires more time—such as recurring patterns, complex relationships, grief, physical concerns, or significant life changes—I recommend an eight-session process. This allows us to go deeper into the roots, integrate changes with greater ease, and support deeper, lasting, and stable shifts while opening new possibilities in different areas of your life.
The decision is always yours. My role is to accompany you and honestly share what I feel may serve you best according to your process and your level of commitment to yourself.
This support is a progressive and conscious process. Option One establishes the foundation, while Option Two serves as continued support, allowing us to deepen, sustain, integrate, and build upon the work previously explored.
You will receive practical material that you can return to whenever you need it, especially valuable when used within an ongoing process that allows for deeper and more stable integration. This allows you to integrate what you have learned into your daily life in a practical, meaningful, and conscious way.
These tools are designed to adapt to your pace, become new habits, and support you whenever you need guidance, clarity, or regulation.
You may already be familiar with some of these practices; however, like any living process, they may require adjustments, reminders, and new beginnings.
This work is grounded in the understanding that we all have the capacity for self-healing.
You lead your own path, make your own choices about your wellbeing, and move at your own pace, according to what is possible for you today. Always with love, patience, and kindness, embracing your inner self, without pressure or demands.
Some of the supportive tools shared may include:
Guided meditations according to the themes explored during the session
Neuro-movement exercises to support the integration of body and mind
Art therapy as a pathway for expression and awareness
Practices to strengthen and recalibrate the nervous system, support neuroplasticity, release blocks, and open new pathways in emotions, decisions, and lifestyle
Intuitive messages, directed and infused with healing energy to support balance in body, mind, and spirit
This space is an invitation to open new pathways for self-discovery, healing, wisdom, reconnection, and the renewal of your being and soul.
It is also an opportunity to connect with a community of conscious people who, like you, seek to live with greater harmony, peace, balance, happiness, and abundance—from a place of light, love, and a truth that supports and empowers you.
If this resonates with you, it would be an honor to accompany you on this journey. — NAMASTE

A 6-Week Exploration of Self-Discovery, Awareness & Inner Balance
Is your body, energy, emotions, sleep, or relationship with yourself changing?
Perhaps you are navigating perimenopause, menopause, hormonal changes, stress, or a new stage of life and feel ready to reconnect with yourself.
This is an invitation to slow down, listen within, and discover what may be ready to emerge.
Why Mandala Art Therapy?
More than creating beautiful Mandalas, this is a gentle process of self-expression, reflection, awareness, and inner connection through color, shape, and creativity.
No artistic experience is needed. There is nothing to do perfectly—the value is in the process and in what you discover.
What You Receive
When you register, you receive guided instructions and information to follow the process, with practices shared throughout the six weeks.
The work is primarily individual, allowing you to move at your own pace, with:
• 3 Live Group Gatherings — at the beginning, middle, and end
• Educational guidance & new practices throughout the process
• Opportunities for questions, answers, sharing, and support
• A respectful, intimate, ethical, and confidential group space• A safe space to connect with like-minded women
We welcome participants who align with the spirit of the experience, helping create a respectful, ethical, safe, supportive space.
Sharing with other women brings an important sense of connection, strength, support and healing!
This is not about creating perfect Mandalas. It is about creating space to meet yourself differently.
Six weeks to explore, reconnect, create awareness, and open space for meaningful change.

WHAT'S NEXT FOR ME?
Perhaps life is becoming a little quieter.
The people who once needed you every day are finding their own path, and for the first time in many years, you may have more space.
What is next for me in this chapter of my life?
We invite you to a gentle space to reconnect with yourself,
gain clarity and embrace this new season with confidence.
Reconnect with the woman beyond the roles you've lovingly carried for so many years.
Woman Circle: Six week program
Meet and Greet in a safe, respectful environment
Goal oriented circle including meditation, body movement
Create new connections with another likeminded woman
You don’t have to know exactly what comes next. You only need to be open to discovering it.
If this speaks to you, I’d be happy to answer your questions or share more about the experience.
TRANSFORMATIVE STORIES WITH MANDALA THERAPY WORKSHOP
“Thanks to my knowledge of Mandalas and my work with the Chakras, I was able to detect a pain in my chest that led me to see my doctor and realize that I was overmedicating myself, which could have caused a dangerous reaction, such as a heart attack.”
“Self-discovery through realizing that I am already on my healing path and being able to discover an important part of myself, both in my role as a partner and as a mother.”
“I learned that working with Mandalas is a very meaningful and gentle practice.”
